By now, you know that I look for ways to engage my kids and create family time that we all love. And RoosterFin has never let us down. They sent us Bouncing Bots to try and, as usual, we were not disappointed. We have played Wizard Roll, Lumpy Cubes Hero Edition, and Ninja Squirrels.

Just like the other RoosterFin games, this one came in a sturdy box with the game inside. I’m not going to lie, I was a little puzzled by the contents of the box when it first arrived. There are two targets and 8 bouncing bots. And the instructions. The bots are brightly colored and the target is made to last. This is something that I have come to expect, your game was made with kids in mind.
Please note that this is a little harder to properly get images of. I apologize if they are distorted. We had more fun after I tried getting perfect shots!
The basis for the game is very simple to learn, but getting this bouncing bot to land on a number on its feet is a little more challenging than you might expect. I think we went 7 rounds before we finally got one to land. (the technique is a flick of the wrist at just the right time). If your family is having a difficulty getting your bouncing bots onto the target, the genius Joe says to flip your targets over and use like a bowl. It’s easier to get the gist and then flip it back over to have a bit of a challenge.
Game Play with Bouncing Bots
This game is so fast, you have to play more than one round. I think we spent two hours playing. But parents beware: If laughing and having a great time is not your thing, this is NOT your game. #roosterfin When the kids would score a point, they would hoot and holler in happiness, often times so loud I am surprised that the neighbors did not think someone was hurt.
Here’s a cool video Joe put together to show how to play the game.
Over All, RoosterFin Wins
We adore Roosterfin. They have provided us many hours of fun family time and we have only had our games for a few days. Each game, like bouncing bots, has teaching and learning elements and is a great addition for any reason to have board games.
You clearly need this game, and you can get it on Amazon at http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06Y6L53JK and on Roosterfin.com.
Now that you have been properly introduced to Roosterfin and Bouncing Bots, you MUST play it. Does your family have a game that they love more than any other? I would love to add new games to our list of fun!
Until next time
