Maybe I should retitle this to Dear Blogging Community, but I think this is more personal, don’t you? I started this little space, for a few reasons, and I have found my people in doing so. I wish I could thank each one of you individually, but that would take my lifetime. So I am writing my letter of thanks, to YOU, dear bloggers, because without you I would have never had the confidence to make it to month two in this adventure. Say what? Only two months in? Kinda jumping the gun huh? I know and I really debated even writing this.
But I am a firm believer in a well-written thank you.
From Individuals To Groups, All The Way To Companies
What I have found among bloggers is something I have found in any other group I have seen or know of. While the competition is fierce, bloggers also tend to be graceful and helpful beyond what a newbie is prepared for. Individual bloggers are strangers, who answer questions on a daily basis, often more than once a day, and sometimes follow up questions to boot! And while we as a blogging group are always grateful and thankful, I wonder if the person on the other end knows how much hassle and sometimes tears they have saved us from?
Look, Y’all, blogging and all that comes with it is NOT easy, nor is it something that you can just throw yourself into. (you can but it’s not recommended at all) So with that, I have found groups, people who dedicate soo much time and effort (which is not a paid gig either, I might add) to cultivate a readership for OTHER bloggers.People like Alison Marshall of Wandlerlass. I would hazard a guess and say it because they have once been new and lost as a blogger, too.
Is There Something Better Than Thank You?
I wish there was some way I could repay all of the massive help (like my blog host company The Blog Press, who did all of the hard work of putting together my site) And for now the only way I can is to pay it forward. I am going to continue to share all the new things I am learning, in this amazing blogging community. A community who is always there and has never been anything but supportive, and celebrates me. Bloggers, my thank you is bigger than the sky. I will forever be grateful to be surrounded by you amazing people!
THANK YOU FOR BEING MY PEOPLE, BLOGGERS!
If you are a grateful blogger, would you consider sharing this as your way of saying thank you to the ones who have helped you?
If you enjoyed this you are sure to love these!
