That title is quite a claim, right? I usually make no promises in life, with a few exceptions. This root beer can chicken is going to be the best homemade chicken you will EVER put in your belly. I promise you that. It is crispy yumminess outside and juicy tender inside. Root beer can chicken? Why not?
~disclaimer: I received this beer can chicken roaster in exchange for my honest review. I promise you these are my own opinions.~
A Rack Like No Other

Do you see this rack? Cave Tools sent it to me. And after my Mama’s Pepper Poppers experience, I was so much more than willing to try this beer can chicken rack. It’s made with stainless steel and comes in 5 parts. You get the tray, the can with top to put your beer in, and two spikes to put your taters on. You can cook almost an entire meal on this little gadget, sans the bread (you do eat bread with dinner right?)
All about that… Root Beer?
I know this is made for beer, and that’s great. But I thought outside the box this time. We made this root beer can chicken with Shasta brand root beer. Sounds cray cray right? I can honestly say that I hit the juicy chicken jackpot. And don’t forget about my history with baking soda and chicken. My family ate so much of it and told me that it is the BEST CHICKEN they have ever had. #momwin
